荤菜 hūn cài ?
荤菜 is including meats?, fish?, milk and egg?. When we talk about meat, we just need to add animals’ name to “肉ròu “. It is quite easy to remember it.
1. 鸡 jī ?
As an old saying goes, “无鸡不成宴” it will be not a feast if there is no chicken on the table. Chicken is essential for Chinese.
